Purpose
Clients instruct us when a file will be read by a third party who did not write the original: a court, a regulator, a counterparty, a university, a hospital, or a customer. In that setting, approximate wording is a liability. We treat terminology, names, and figures as facts to be carried across, not as marketing copy to be improved.
How the office is organised
Instructions are received centrally, assigned to a linguist working into their native language, and reviewed before release. You deal with PrimeLingo as the contracting party. Linguists are bound to confidentiality on the files they handle.
We do not sell unreviewed machine translation as a finished professional product. Tools may be used as an aid inside a human workflow; the deliverable is a reviewed translation.
Who we act for
Solicitors and in-house counsel, companies moving staff or products across borders, and private individuals who need certificates or supporting papers in another language. We will decline work that we cannot staff to a professional standard, rather than accept it and guess.
Fees and refunds
Two published fees — Basic £179.99 and Priority £189.99 — cover the ordinary run of instructions. Within fourteen days of purchase you may request a full refund with no explanation required. That commercial promise sits alongside, and does not replace, your statutory rights under the laws of England and Wales.
Governing law
The practice is operated for clients contracting under English law. The terms of service, privacy policy, and refund policy govern the engagement.
