Cookie policy
Last updated: 20 September 2026
This policy explains how PrimeLingo uses cookies and similar technologies on this website. It should be read with the privacy policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels. They can be session cookies (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent cookies (which remain until they expire or you delete them).
2. Cookies we use
Strictly necessary
These are required for the site to function: security, load balancing, form submission, and remembering that a page was requested. They do not require consent under PECR because the service cannot be provided without them.
Functional (if enabled)
These remember choices such as a closed notice. We will only set non-essential functional cookies with consent if we introduce them.
Analytics (if enabled)
If we later use analytics to understand aggregate traffic, we will describe those cookies here and request consent before setting them, unless they are strictly necessary.
We do not currently use advertising cookies or sell browsing data.
3. Third parties
Payment pages reached after you instruct Basic or Priority are operated by the payment provider and are subject to that provider’s cookie and privacy notices. Embedded fonts (for example Google Fonts) may result in a request to a third-party server when a page loads.
4. How to control cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent forms, checkout, or login-like flows from working. Browser help pages explain how to manage cookies in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
5. Changes
If we introduce new cookie categories, this policy will be updated and, where required, consent will be requested.
6. Contact
