PrimeLingo translates text. We do not advise on law, immigration applications, tax, clinical decisions, or whether a particular document will succeed before a court, department, or regulator. If you need advice, instruct a solicitor, regulated adviser, or clinician in the relevant jurisdiction.

2. Accuracy of the source

A translation can only be as complete as the source you supply. Illegible scans, cropped pages, unstated stamps, and handwritten notes that cannot be read will not appear reliably in the target file. We are not responsible for facts that were wrong in the original.

3. Third-party acceptance

We do not warrant that a university, employer, embassy, court, bank, or government office will accept the translation, the form of certification, or the file format. Those bodies set their own rules, which change. You must check their current requirements before instructing us, and tell us if they specify a sworn translator, notary, or apostille.

Descriptions of services, languages, and timelines on this website are general. They are not a representation that a particular linguist is available on a given day, or that a named authority has endorsed PrimeLingo. Fees are as stated at checkout.

6. No professional-client relationship beyond translation

Paying an instruction fee creates a contract for translation services as described in the terms. It does not create a solicitor–client, fiduciary, or medical relationship.
